专利摘要:
In the application of preprinted film wrappings around packing containers it is sometimes required that the text or decorative pattern of the wrapping should be located in a certain position in relation to the edges of the finished packing container. One method of application of a film wrapping around an object, e.g. a packing container, makes this possible in that a film web (19) is joined to a waste material web (24) and is advanced with the help of this until the decoration is situated in a predetermined position. Subsequently the packing containers (1) are wrapped whilst the film web (19) is delivered from a film roll (2) whereupon the sealing is performed on a previously unused part of the film web. An arrangement for the realization of the method comprises co-operating sealing jaws (15,16) and a conveyor (5) consisting of two parallel parts.

(54) WAYS OF PACKAGING PRODUCTS AND FILM TAPE WITH A TAPK TREATED ON IT
(57) The invention relates to a method of packaging articles of a film tape with marking applied thereto. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of packaging. When applying film wrapping materials with a pre-printed pattern or text around the products, it is sometimes required that the text or decorative pattern be located in a certain place relative to the edges of the product in its final form. The proposed method of applying a film wrapper around the product allows this to be done by connecting the film tape 19 with the tape 24 of the material going to waste # 1 and advancing from its help until the pattern is in a predetermined position. After this, the product 2 is wrapped in the process of feeding the film tape 19 from the reel 20, followed by making the connection on the previously used section of the film tape. 7 il.

HoOjieTGiiiie refers to a method of applying a film wrapping material around the product by wrapping a ribbon-like film to form a loop around the product and connecting it to itself, -; e.
Packages, packaging containers, containers and other consumer goods and products that must be supplied with some text, drawing or: other decorative elements (markings) are often made unpainted or colored from the outside in one color, after which the required decorative text element is applied in the pre-printed pide P) 1kl or film. For this purpose, for example, so-called shrink films can be used, i.e. Pstenki shrink material in particular PVC plastic. The film is wrapped loosely around the product, after which it is heated to the temperature at which it starts; shrinkage and this is usually done by inserting the wrapped product into the oven. In this case, the wrapper reproduces the outer shape of the object or article and shrinks until a tight fit of the wrapper is achieved on the article. In this way, it is possible to achieve not only a high-quality decorative effect, but also protection and strengthening of the product (wrap), which can provide sealing, i.e. allows you to determine whether an autopsy occurred, including an evil industrial, or whether the packaging was left in an open state.
Since shrinkable as a wrapping material with pre-printed text 1, the pattern is used among other things for the packaging of consumer goods for which the appearance and quality of the finish is of great importance, it is highly desirable to provide a film with a predetermined spatial orientation so that the pattern or other decorative element was in the right place of the packing container or container. Existing methods and their devices do it with difficulty, especially high performance standards are required.

water content of the packing heel of satisfaction.
In the case of packages for consumer products and products for which appearance is of great importance, it is highly desirable to also minimize the number of stitches on the wrapper. With conventional wrapping of shrink film material, two strips of material are often used, which are joined together so that each of them forms one half of the wrapper. In this case, each wrapper will have two seams that are opposed to each other. This is permissible when the undecorated shrink film is used for bonding in one package and g protection / a large number of individual packages of consumer goods in so-called collective packages, but when the shrink film wrapper is used for decorative purposes, it should provide only one seam, which However, it should be located in the place where the effect of disturbing the appearance of the packaging container by it is minimal. The essence of the TV; the methods and devices do not allow to achieve this.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of packaging by applying a film wrapping material with high accuracy and productivity at the required spatial orientation relative to successively passing articles.
According to the proposed method, it is possible to wrap products with a film tape with a pre-printed pattern while ensuring previously unknown accuracy and performance. Only one compound remains on the wrapper, which, moreover, can be placed in a position that is quite acceptable from the point of view of the quality of the presentation of the packaged product, for example, on its rear side. The proposed method is particularly suitable for wrapping a shrinkable film with a pre-printed pattern or text (marking) serving as a label and reinforcement element for individually packaged containers.
The method of packing articles of a film with a marker applied on it involves wrapping the item with tape, moving the product and pulling the tape from the upper reel, forming a loop from the tape by pulling the tape from the upper sponge and welding, cutting the wrapped product and heat shrink

The opposite sponge 16 has a substantially flat working surface, the central part of which is provided with an elastic platform, which, for example, can be made of 25 elastic material (rubber) and is intended to interact with the rising edge of the knife 17. The working surface of the sponge 15 has, in addition, internal channels for cooling packaging. The first conveyor medium, for example, cold water.
the tape 3 is driven by a drive assembly (not shown) and moves along the pulley 4, which is mounted so that it can freely rotate on a horizontal central shaft. On the extension of the First conveyor belt 3 and a little higher, there is a conveyor 5, which consists of two parts located on each side of the product supply circuit 2 and each part of the conveyor 5 has an endless belt 7 equipped with pushers 6. The tape 7 passes through the pulleys 8, which rotate freely around

Givani film tape forward. Thus, the piece of film necessary for wrapping the packaging container 2 is wound exclusively from the upper reel 20.
When the article 2 passes between the open jaws 15 and 16, the movable sponge 16 begins to move downwards, which causes an additional winding of the film tape 19 from the upper reel. The film tape 19 slides along the working surface of the movable jaw 16 until the two jaws are aligned. In this position, the advancement of the conveyor 5 is stopped and the product 2 is completely wrapped in a loop of film, the ends of which are between the working surfaces of the two jaws 15 and 16, the edge-knife 17 of the fixed jaw 15 is heated to the desired temperature and remains in this state so that, due to the joint action with the surrounding surfaces of the sponge 15 and the elastic counter element of the movable sponge 16, the film tape counters 19 facing each other are melted and fused with each other, and The loop (wrapper) separates from the rest of the tape 12 of the film material, due to this construction of the jaws, the ends of the loop of the material placed around the product are welded so that the film wrapper 1 is formed and at the same time the film tape is welded to the tape 24 material and ultimately separates the cooked, stretch of wrapper from the tape material
Upon completion of the operation, the connecting and separating sponge 15 and 16 are again moved apart by returning the sponge 16 to its upper resting position. At the same time, the roller rolls so that the tape 24 of the material that is looking for waste and the film tape 19 connected to it are moved for some distance, which is such that the material joint 27, produced by the joint, is pulled a little lower than the working surface of the lower jaw 15 so that it did not fall into the zone where the next join operation was performed. This is very significant, since the joint made earlier forms a thickening of a partially irregular shape on the tape, which
makes it impossible subsequent connection in the same place. Using a sensor or photocell 26 (FIG. 2), the film tape 19 is simultaneously moved to a position where its text or decorative pattern is in the right place, coinciding with the point corresponding to the next packaging container. This can be done with high precision, because throughout this whole procedure, the tape feed element is in engagement with the tape so that it is positioned. containers are now finally ready
the latter cannot be changed accidentally. The device is now ready to apply the film wrapper around the next packaging container and the conveyor 5 is therefore re-launched to advance the packaging containers to the next step, after which the whole cycle is repeated until the required number of packaging containers is provided with a shrink film wrap.
In order to reduce, on the very last joint, the material of the waste tape 2, the device can also be provided with clamping means 28, which keep the tape 2A going for waste during the advancement of the product: forward. The clamping means 28 includes a clamping finger 29, which, after feeding the waste tape 24 forward, clamps it onto the fixed jaw 15. The clamping finger 29 moves back and forth and when it is in the retracted or opened position, the tape grip element 21 can freely pull the waste tape material 24 forward. When the clamping finger 29 is in the closed position, the reverse movement of the tape is prevented, since the tape 24 of the waste material is clamped between the clamping finger 29 and the fixed sponge 15 at the level of the latest connecting line made by this time or immediately behind it. In this way, it is possible to eliminate the stresses in the tape caused by the feed of the tape forward and not to reach the connection line when it is still in a hot condition, which significantly reduces the danger of the tape turning around in the connection zone. and may be further directed, for example, to be packaged in collective containers and shipped to the consumer. The proposed method allows wrapping products with a capacity of about 8,000 pcs / h. If higher speeds are required, it is possible to strengthen the connecting and separating elements 14, the tape feed element 21 and the guide rollers for the film tape in the reciprocating carriage that moves during the working and return strokes synchronously with the spreader 5, so that the latter can move continuously, not intermittently. As a result, it is theoretically possible to achieve productivity in the order of 12,000 packages per hour.
